Workman Airpark is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of five individuals, elected by members of our community. Board members are elected to two-year terms during the annual board meeting.

The officers of the association—President, Secretary, and Treasurer—are elected by the members, as are all board members. Officers serve at the discretion of the Board. If the President is unavailable and no Vice President is in place, the Secretary assumes presidential duties. The Treasurer manages the association’s finances, including budgeting and reporting. All officers and directors have equal voting rights, and decisions are made by majority vote. A quorum requires four board members. The Board works together to guide and support our community.
Separately, there is a Water Board that oversees water system operations. It functions independently of the association board and follows its own rules and procedures.

Board Actions
- Board decisions—called declarations or resolutions—are usually made by vote during board meetings. These decisions help keep the airpark running smoothly and reflect the shared responsibilities of the community.
